Prayer Meeting And Bible Teaching

Prayer Meeting and Bible Teaching

On Wednesday evenings from 7.30 p.m. until 9.00 p.m. we meet in the hall for prayer and Bible Teaching.

After an opening hymn, time is spent in prayer until 8.15 p.m. Here we seek God's help and blessing for a wide variety of needs. The remainder of the time is devoted to teaching from the Bible.

There is a different speaker each week either from the Galston Assembly or from another assembly. The teaching covers the whole Bible with passages expounded from both the Old and New Testaments.

'All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works'. 2 Timothy chapter 3 verses 16 & 17
